Elise Holstad-Leeper

Elise Vivienne Holstad-Leeper, was four months old when she passed away in her sleep at home in Wellington, on Aug. 10, 2008. Elise was born April 11, 2008 in Fort Collins to David Anthony Leeper and Susan Marie Holstad. Survivors include her parents, David Leeper of Fort Collins and Susan Holstad of Wellington; a sister, Shohlee Leeper of Fort Collins; her grandparents, Carolyn Holstad, Steven and Marina Leeper all of Fort Collins, Debbie Ward of Pueblo, and James Dickey of Coolidge, Kan.; two aunts, Fawn and Monica and an uncle, Rich. A Graveside Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday at Grandview Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Neonatal I.C.U. at Poudre Valley Hospital in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
