Earl Douglas Smith

Earl Douglas Smith, known to all as Doug, unexpectedly passed away recently at his home. He was the son of the late Earl and Ellen Smith and raised in the Fort Collins area. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and he honed his trade as a baker; a skill, and vocation that served him well in his life. He is remembered as always being there for his three adult children. Visiting with them was his favorite and most cherished pastime.

He is survived by children, Amy Smith, Jordan Smith and Nicolus Smith; brother, John Smith (Brianna); sisters, Sandy (Smith), Judy (Crouse) and Tracy (Ragland) and brothers-in-law, Morris Ragland and Rich Conaway.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Ellen; and his sister, Barbara Kay (Conaway).

Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Bohlender funeral Chapel.
