Dorothy Winifred Bott

Dorothy Winifred Bott went to be with the Lord on November 26, 2011 at the age of 86. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Dorothy M. Bott of Calverton, New York. She is survived by her dear friends, Marilyn and Mark Tripp of Fort Collins, Colorado and Barbara Tripp of Manorville, New York. Dorothy was a kindergarten teacher for 25 years in Long Island, Smithtown and Port Jefferson school districts. She lived in Calverton for many years and in her later years enjoyed life in Fort Collins, Colorado with friends. She was a special person who had a great love of people, kind ways and special wit and sense of humor; she touched many lives in a positive way. All who knew her were blessed and we will miss her.
