Donna Nadine Eichman, 88, of Fort Collins, passed away on July 31st, 2024, surrounded by family.

Donna was born in Winona, Kansas on October 13, 1935 to Guy and Nellie Michael. She attended school in Winona. She graduated high school in the spring of 1953. Donna married Harold Eichman in August 1953; August 30th would have been their 71st anniversary. The couple had 3 children, Kathy Louise, Michael Duane and Kim Tyler.

The family moved to Colorado in 1958. Harold worked as a heavy equipment operator helping build I-70 of the Interstate Highway System and many other major construction projects. Donna was a home maker and took on many projects. While she and Harold lived in Silverthorne, she opened and operated a small what-not shop for several years. She was an entrepreneur at heart. She sold Avon products and took part in other home- marketing programs. She was always looking for ways to contribute to, and improve the family's lifestyle. She also enjoyed photography, gardening, knitting, crocheting and many other crafting hobbies. Her home was always full of photos and handmade items.

In 1965, the family built a small mobile home park in Silverthorne, Co. In 1977 when Kathy and Michael were going to college in Fort Collins, Co, Donna and Harold sold their property in Silverthorne and moved to Fort Collins. They bought a small mobile home park in northern Ft. Collins: the Blue Spruce Mobile Home Park. Donna was the business manager, bookkeeper, secretary and chief bottle washer of the business for over 40 years.

Donna is preceded in death by her sons Michael and Kim, and her sister Sherry. She is survived by her husband Harold, daughter Kathy, grandson Jeffrey, his wife Tansy, their daughter Ember and grandson Mathew, and 3 brother, David, Frank and John
