Donna G. Christiansen

Donna G. Christiansen, 58, of Fort Collins, died June 23, 2012 at a local nursing home. Mrs. Christiansen was born March 17, 1954 in Roswell, New Mexico to Carl and Lois "Heck" Gibson. Donna married Michael W. Christiansen on December 28, 1992 in Fort Collins, Colorado. Mrs. Christiansen moved to Fort Collins in 1971. Her father was in the Air Force and so she moved around a lot. She loved her dogs. Survivors include her husband, Mike; brother, Terry Gibson of Fort Collins and her dogs, Carley and Halley. Preceding Donna in death are her parents. A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions can be made to Animal House Rescue in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
