Our beloved brother and friend, Donald E. Vaughn of Fort Collins, CO, passed away on February 4th, 2019. He was born January 14th, 1941 in Shelton, WA to Eugene Warren and Lulu Allen Vaughn. When Don was 12, the family moved to Colorado where Don graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1959. Following graduation, Don joined the US Air Force and served his country in the US, Japan, and Germany. After 8 years of military service, he returned to Fort Collins where he and his father, Gene, operated a service station on North College ave. After obtaining his Associates Degree from Aims College, he worked for the city of Fort Collins. He then relocated to Denver and worked as a computer programmer for the Archdiocese as well as the Cherry Creek School District. Don moved back to Fort Collins in 2000 and went on to retire Holden Marketing Group in 2009. Don was an eclectic collector, and many will remember his love of photography.
