Donald Ray Mallett

Don is survived by 3 children, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and his very special neighbors just to the west of him. He was in the Navy and has always been very proud of his service.

Don enjoyed spending time with his buddies at the Ever Open Café every morning. Here he was able, with the help of his friends to solve most of the world's problems, most of the time. He would spend his lunch time at the Breakfast Club making sure the wait staff knew he was there. Golfing was what Don enjoyed most during the summer months. He played with his friends Wednesdays and Fridays. He always looked forward to being with everyone on the golf course.

Don had a keen sense of humor and was always ready with a snappy come back. His neighbor, Stephanie, was one of his best friends and he looked forward to her visits every day.

A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Grandview Cemetery.
