Derrick John Kelln was taken from this earth way too soon on July 31st, 2020.
Derrick came into this world on April 26th, 1977 eight weeks early and weighing only 3 lbs, 4 oz. From that time on he had a joy for life and his laugh will forever ring in our ears. He worked in construction and had a love for baseball from a young age and played well into his adult years. He also loved fishing, camping, being outdoors, and worship music. Derrick was successful at whatever he put his hands and mind toward, some called him the rainman of reading blue prints, for he could look at them and then walk out and construct what he retained from looking at the prints. He touched many lives, both young and old.
Derrick joins his mom, Valeria Kelln and his grandparents in heaven.
He is survived by his father David Kelln and his wife Emma, His brother Dan Kelln and his wife Stephanie, Addison his beautiful niece and Charlie his little rambunctious nephew, his step sister Stephani Raabe and her husband Chad, step brother Zackariah Torres, and step brother Adam Torres and his wife Tiggy, and multiple other nieces and nephews along with multiple uncles and aunts, cousins, and many friends.
Derrick's laugh, and smile, and magnetic personality will be missed tremendously.
Jesus said, "I AM the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in Me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in Me will never die."
John 11:25-26
