Dennis H. Kay

Dennis H. Kay, M.D. is survived by his wife, Jan; two children, Christa and Jeff; his father, Henry; his brothers, Kenneth and Richard, as well as his extended family.

Dennis was from Atlantic, a small farm town in Iowa and attended Iowa State University for his undergraduate, the University of Iowa for his Medical Degree and he completed his Residency and Internship at the University of Colorado. He was a board-certified Ear, Nose & Throat Physician, and Facial Plastic Surgeon. He practiced in Fort Collins, CO from 1971 until 1984. Dennis went back to school for three years at Berkeley University for Classical Homeopathy and practiced from 1991 to 2000 in Denver, CO. When Dennis decided to semi-retire, he returned to Fort Collins in the year 2000. He had a love for exploration and life. Dennis got his pilot's license at age 17, enjoyed rock climbing and was an avid skier - which is what brought him to Colorado. He had a strong love for golf and joined the Fort Collins Country Club where he met friends which he considered his 2nd family. Dennis dedicated his life to the service of others which was the underlying drive in his life.
