David L. Julian, 64, of Fort Collins, died Thursday, April 6, 2006, at the Hospice Care Center in Loveland. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. The Rev. Lawrence P. Christensen will officiate. Interment at Grandview Cemetery will follow the Mass. David was born Jan. 4, 1942, in Kemmerer, Wyo., to John E. Julian and Ruth Graff. He attended Dunn Elementary School, Lincoln Junior High School and Fort Collins High School before marrying Jeanie Kunkler on Dec. 1, 1963, in Fort Collins. He later married Marlene Mo Julian on June 17, 1986, in Fort Collins. David lived for 60 years in Fort Collins, coming here from Kemmerer, Wyo. He worked as a broadcast engineer at KCSU and was the owner of the Fort Collins and Loveland Time & Temperature service and was a Realtor/broker with Julian Associates. David enjoyed reading, fishing, electronics and technology, playing with his dogs Sadi and Lucy, and most importantly, spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters. He is survived by his wife, Marlene "Mo" Julian; a son, Shaan Julian; stepson, Jesse Balok and wife, Tarra Balok, and step-grandchildren, Emera and Iliana Balok. He was preceded in death by his parents, a half-sister and two half-brothers.
