Daniel T. ?Danny? Ephland, 69, of Loveland, passed June 20, 2010, at Horsetooth Reservoir, the place he loved most, located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Mr. Ephland was born June 13, 1941, in Nevada, Missouri, to John and Ethel ?Ditto? Ephland. Danny married Connie Gilbert on August 14, 1960, at the Methodist Church in Edgewater, Colorado. Mr. Ephland moved from Lakewood, Colorado, eight years ago when he and Connie designed and built their retirement home on Bodecker Reservoir in Loveland, Colorado. Danny was an Electrical Contractor for more than 45 years and owner of Associated Services, Inc. He held Colorado State Electrical License #1. Danny enjoyed boating, traveling, gardening, fishing and cooking. Family and friends were the joy of his life. He was a man of all trades and master of one. He was a member of the Lakewood Elks and the Marianna Cove HOA Board. Survived by beloved wife, Connie; daughter, Danna Jim Cobbett; son, Troy Gina Liston; grandchildren: Brent Teralyn Thompson; Kristi Bobby Dennis; Cory Ephland; Tim Cobbett; CW and Kristina Liston; great-grandchildren: Haley, Jaden and Greyson Dennis; and Treven Thompson; brothers: Earl Maxine; Aaron Diane; sisters: Vivian Battu; Rosemary Don Hulst; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding Danny in death are his parents, and sister, Wilma. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Resurrection Fellowship, 6502 E. Crossroads Blvd., Loveland, CO. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to resurrect a lighthouse at Horsetooth Reservoir. Memorial contributions to Connie A.
