Dale Abram Andre

Dale "Ram" Abram Andre, 54, of Fort Collins, died December 14, 2009 at his home. Mr. Andre was born March 6, 1955 in Conneaut, Ohio to John Richard and Leah Gene Andre. Ram married Ruby D. Furthmyer on March 18, 1989 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Andre lived most of the past 26 years in Fort Collins. He spent most of his life as an over the road truck driver and working for Jim's Water Service. He was in the Marine Corp. Ram loved motorcycles, riding was his passion; putting together models; and spending time with his grandson. He treasured his family; and everything he did was on a grand scale. Survivors include his wife, Ruby D. Furthmyer; son, Dillion Furthmyer of Fort Collins; daughters, Brittany Furthmyer of Fort Collins; and Tracy Ann Lacy; brother, Braun Turner of Sidney, Nebraska; sisters, Janet Jury of Conneaut, Ohio and Rosey Tamez of Yakima, Washington and 14 grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held at Bohlender Funeral Chapel, on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery with Military Honors, Staging Area "C" at 1:15 p.m. A reception will follow interment at the American Legion, Post #4, 2124 County Road 54G Old Highway 287, Fort Collins. Those who desire may view Mr. Andre, Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
