Cynthia Wales passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021 as a result of a tragic accident. She was 20 years old and lived in Fort Collins, CO.
Cynthia loved music, especially metalcore and the band Motionless in White. Cynthia was also a fervent reader who loved losing herself in the fantasy world inside of a book. She enjoyed writing stories, especially ones with themes of fantasy and horror. Cynthia was sweet, outgoing, and charming and was always quick to make a friend out of a stranger; her friends meant everything to her.
Cynthia is survived by her parents, Paula and Robert Wales, sister, Hannah Wales, grandparents Gary and Rosemary Wakefield and Pat and George Haberkorn, and great-grandmother Marge McQueen. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins and is loved and missed by all.
The family will hold a private gathering to honor her at a later time. In lieu of flowers, and because it was one of the places that always brought her peace and joy, donations in her memory may be made by check to the Poudre River Public Library District, 301 E.
