Coral Lisa Kotliar

Coral Lisa Kotliar passed away at age 56 on April 9, 2013. She was born on September 4, 1956 and grew up in Westfield N.J. After receiving her law degree she became blind and received training to become a rehabilitation counselor to help others with disabilities. Since 2006 she has lived in Fort Collins, CO. Coral faced her many physical challenges with bravery and always lived her life to its fullest potential. She is survived by her sister, Natasha Carr John; and brothers, Jay and Michael Kotliar Shou-huey. She adored her nieces and nephews, Emma and Erik Carr, and Phoebe and Justin Kotliar. She was preceded in death by her parents, Abraham and Margaret Kotliar, and her beloved seeing-eye dog Ellen.
