Cora Belle Hall

Cora Belle Hall passed away peacefully on Thursday October 30, 2014. She was 98 years old. She was born on February 9, 1916 to Cora Belle and John Frederic Knearl of Ponca City, Oklahoma. She grew up with seven siblings on her father's homestead farm. She held a Bachelor's from Oklahoma State, and a Masters from Northwestern. She married W. Scott Hall on June 22, 1956. They had been married nearly 45 years when he passed in 2001. Cora Belle served as a teacher and speech therapist in the public schools; always striving to build people up. Her great joys were family, education, cooking, travel, volunteering in her church, and relating an inspirational story. She is survived by three sons: Carlton Kay, David Margrit, and John Terry, 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 19 great-great grandchildren. Services will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Ft. Collins on Tuesday, November 4 at 11:00 am. Memorial contributions can be made to SAINT Volunteer Transportation, 333 W.
