Colleen Jean Borchardt passed away on April 20, 2015 at the age of 77. She was born in Guthrie Center, Iowa on April 15, 1938.
She is survived by her husband, Jim of Windsor, CO; her brother, Dick of Atlantic, Iowa; her children, Brent, Holly Schlagel, Michele McLean; her 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Timberline Church, 2908 S Timberline Rd, Fort Collins.
Donations can be made to National Jewish Hospital in memory of Colleen Borchardt in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524.
