On Wednesday, July 20th, 2022, our loving Cole Vincent Meline passed away at the age of 30.
He suddenly passed away while enjoying a movie in the comfort of his home where he has been living for the past few years.
Cole was known for his jokes, hearty laugh, and compassionate spirit. He used sketching and journaling as a way to express himself as he was very skilled. He was a gentle giant, a protector, and a fighter. Throughout his life he has provided protection for his loved ones in various situations. He consistently made sure he approved of his younger siblings' significant others to confirm they were in good hands. He also fought many of his own battles, in which he continued to grow and try to overcome. His supporters continue to recognize how strong Cole was, through the challenges in which were faced. We believe he is in heaven watching over us right now.
Cole loved with his whole heart, as he loved everyone for their unique selves, not the materials they did or did not have. He was so incredibly caring, but he also had a goofy side. So many of us have memories of Cole pulling pranks with a rubber snake and spider! We often heard him laughing in the background as we screamed from the surprise. Another thing we absolutely loved about him was the big bear hugs he gave. It made you feel protected and loved on such a deep level.
Cole will always be loved and cherished in our hearts until we get to see him again in heaven!
All are welcome to the funeral with reception to follow, which will take place at Bohlender Funeral Chapel (Fort Collins) on July 29th, 2022, at 1:00pm.
