Cleopatra E. Franco, 78, of Fort Collins died April 11, 2016 at McKee Medical Center, Pathways Hospice Unit. Cleo was born January 15, 1938 to Felix Martinez and Ursula Meastas Martinez in San Luis, Colorado.
Survivors include her husband Louis Franco; three daughters, Verna Herrera, Cathleen Franco, and Deanna Whiteaker; a foster daughter Janet K. Howard; a brother Amos Martinez; two sisters, Pauline McBeth and Annalee Mayo; two grandchildren Jaylon and Blake, and two great-grandchildren Jaylon, Jr and Jaida.
A Rosary will be held, Friday, 9:30 a.m., with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 a.m. Both services will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery.
