Clarence "Bud" Goetz

Clarence Otto Budd Goetz, 85, of Loveland, is together again with his wife, Regina, as of Tuesday, March 13, 2007. Budd was born to Otto and Mary Goetz on May 7, 1921, in Rochester, N.Y. He married Regina Bernice Benka on Feb. 16, 1946, in Rochester. Budd served with the United States Merchant Marines during World War II and retired from Gleason Works on April 30, 1982. Budd and Regina moved to Loveland in 1988 from Rochester, N.Y. Budd was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 53 years, Regina Goetz. He is survived by his three daughters, Catherine M. Goetz, Marlene Ives, her husband Tom, Gail Burk, her husband Ron, all of Fort Collins; 10 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. Budd was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend with many loves and interests. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A private family service will be held at a later date.
