Clara Rose (Dudley) Rybin, Smith, McIntyre, 91, departed this life on March 8th in Fort Collins, Colorado. Clara was born on August 6, 1926, in Fromberg, Montana to Paul E. Dudley and Etta L. (Miller) Dudley Fritzen.
Before moving to Colorado, Clara lived in Greybull, Wyoming for almost 40 years. Her love for music sustained her through every phase of her life. She played various instruments and used her talent to bring joy to others. Clara was a past president of the Wyoming Fiddlers Association District 2, a member of the Greybull River Band and performed all over Northern Wyoming. She volunteered her talent to entertain the residents of Bonnie Bluejacket nursing home and the Wyoming Retirement Center. She also volunteered for various activities at the Senior Citizens Center in Greybull. Clara's favorite job was as a teacher's aide for Head Start in Basin, Wyoming.
Clara was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Dudley and Etta (Miller) Dudley Fritzen; husbands Johnny Rybin, Billy Smith, Don McIntyre; daughters, Gloria Rybin and Patty (Rybin) Baumgartner; brothers Thomas Dudley, James Dudley and Jacky Dudley; sisters Mary Ann Dudley, Loretta (Dudley) Peck McInytre, Irene (Dudley) Roberts.
Clara is survived by her children Joe (Becky) Whiting of Morgan City, LA, Mary (Mike) Keller of Livermore, CO., and Jerry Smith, of Riverside, WY; brother Donald (Mary Lynn) Fritzen of Laramie, WY; former daughter-in-law Tina Ely of Greybull, WY; grandchildren Amy (Nick) Deslattes, Beth (Patrick) Dupuy, Stacy (Louis) Spitale, Gloria (Wes) Carpenter, Karen Baumgartner, Adriane (Matt) Roskop, Caleb Keller, Ethan Keller, Mackenzie (Lily) Ellison, Kyle Ellison, Amy Jacobs, Ricky (Tiff) Jacobs; great grandchildren Jacob and Jeremiah Deslattes, Jean Pat, Bryson and Jolie Dupuy, Angelo, Guiliana and Isabella Spitale, Zach Wolaver, Kali (Robert) Grajeda, Sheyanne Coar, Lee Carpenter, Chris (Katie) Carpenter, Rieley and Mikey Roskop, Roseanna Ellison and Maybelle Ellison, Jayda, Anthony and Rudy May Jacobs, Bryce, Rebecca and Glenn Jacobs.
A Memorial Service will be held March 24, 2018 at 11:00 am at Chapel in the Pines, Red Feather Lakes, CO.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association or Pathways Hospice of Northern Colorado are appreciated.
