Clara Rose Crawford of Aurora formerly of Fort Collins, 97, died May 9, 2015.
Mrs. Crawford was born July 28, 1917 in Dahlonega, Georgia to George W. Teal, Sr. and Nancy Ann (Robinson) Teal.
Clara married Chester R. Crawford, Sr. on January 9, 1939 in Brighton, Colorado. Chester preceded her in death on August 13, 2002.
Mrs. Crawford moved to Fort Collins in 1946. She was a member of First Baptist Church (now LifePointe Church).
Survivors include her sons, Chester R. Crawford, Jr. of Aurora and Clarence "Ron" Crawford of Corpus Christi, Texas; daughters, Carolyn Snider of Colorado Springs, Christine Knight of Grand Junction; brothers, George Teal, Jr. of Fontana, California sisters, Lillie Kizer of Portland, Oregon; eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Preceding Clara in death are eleven brothers and sisters.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery. Pastor Dale Williams will officiate the service.
Memorial contributions can be made to Denver Hospice in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
