Christopher Alan Brown

Christopher Alan Brown, 40, of Fort Collins, Colorado, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025.

Chris was born on March 15, 1985, to Roger Brown and Mariana Ortiz. He was proud of his Native heritage and loved attending pow wows and spending time with his family and friends. Chris was a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan who enjoyed staying active and playing many different sports. He also had a deep passion for music, he admired country as well as a broad range of genre's and loved creating his own flows, sharing laughs, and making memories with those he cared about most.

He is survived by his loving Mother Mariana Hernandez, Father Roger A. Brown, Wife Shawnee Valdez, and his children: Charlie Brown, Nichole Brown, Ellie Brown, and Saphire Brown. He is also survived by his sisters Crystal Beck, Margarita Ortiz, Vanessa Brown, and Luz Hernandez, and his brothers Shawn Brown and Adrian Brown, as well as his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

Chris is preceded in death by his oldest son, Sonny Brown, as well as his grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

Chris will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
