Christine M. Miller, 54, of Fort Collins passed away on July 6, 2009. She was born and raised in the Chicago area and graduated from Northwestern University in 1977. It was there that she met her future husband Lawrence W. Miller. They were married in 1981 and moved to Colorado to start a new life. Christine was an out going person and very artistic. She loved cooking, her cats and camping in the mountains with her husband. Christine battled Multiple Sclerosis most of her adult life. In spite of this painful and debilitating disease, she never complained. Her courage and strength were an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be dearly missed. Christine is survived by her husband Larry; her parents Nicholas and Tony Stashko of Arlington Heights, IL; her brother Edward and family of Chapel Hill, NC; and her brother Michael and family of Scottsdale, AZ. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 15 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Collins at 10:00 AM.
