Charles E. Propp, 5-6-1936 to 10-12-2017. Born to Mary and Henry Propp, German emigrants from Russia. Charles married Ruth Lind, the love of his life, on September 4, 1954.
They were blessed with Sharon Demcsak (Michael) of Santa Fe, NM and Mark Propp (Misty) of Portland, OR. Another blessing was Grandson Alec Propp of Denver, CO.
Charles was always happy in his work helping on the family farm, and working for Xcel Energy for 37 years. Along with this he gave 13 years to the Army Reserve with the rank of Master Sargent. Ruth and Charles also designed and built four homes in Fort Collins during their 63+ years of marriage.
Charles had one brother Kenneth Propp (Phillis) of Fort Collins and 12 half brothers and sisters. Charles believed in God and knew God was always by his side.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Fort Collins. Friends may send condolences to the family at bohlenderfuneralchapel.com.
