Charles was a proud grandfather to Joe Nugent, Athena Levengood, Nathanael Nugent, Alejandro Nugent, Teja Nugent, Nicolas Nugent, Rose Mariah Reeves, Garret Thompson, Bay Reeves, Lynnly Reeves, and Reign Padilla. His joy multiplied with the arrival of his great-grandchildren, Legand Nugent and Robyn Nugent, who brought him endless smiles and warmth.
