Charles Wilson "Mac" McPhaul, beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend and neighbor, 39, of Bellvue, went home to the Lord on Feb. 22, 2006. Mac was born April 10, 1966, in Pueblo to J. Evander and Jene Sanford McPhaul. He attended Cache La Poudre High School and received his Certificate as a Master Welder from Larimer County Vo-Tech. Mac worked at NutriTurf, a subsidiary of Anheuser Busch Inc. as an equipment operator. He enjoyed spending time with his family, target shooting, hunting, riding dirt bikes, camping and just hanging out. Mac was an active member of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ. Mac is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 19 years, Sue Ellen Simianer, and sons, Seth Wilson and Zane James; his mother, Jene McPhaul of Cedaredge; three sisters, Scharee McPhaul Atchison of Colorado Springs, Terrie McPhaul Mittelstadt and her husband, Perry, of Cedaredge, and Vonni McPhaul Gallup of Norwich, Conn.; a brother, James Evander McPhaul II, and his wife Kathleen, of Ault; five nieces, one nephew and one great-nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, James Evander McPhaul, and a brother-in-law, G. Bill Atchison. Those who desire may view Mac from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at Bohlender Funeral Chapel with a memorial service scheduled at 11 A.M. Saturday at Meadowlark Church of Christ, 2810 Meadowlark Ave. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ Building Fund, 5220 West County Road, 52E, Bellvue, CO 80512.
