Chad Munoz

Chad Manuel Munoz, infant son of Juan Manuel Munoz and Charley Anna Mercado, of Fort Collins, died February 1, 2008 at Children's Hospital, Denver, Colorado. Chad was born January 11, 2008 in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Survivors include his parent; grandparents, Evelyn Louise Troxell, Carrie Lynn Earhart, Pat Munoz, Jesus Manuel Munoz, and Charlie Mercado; special friends, Sarah, Chad, and Daniel Smith, Jesus Manuel Munoz, Jr., and Shawna Bernabe, and a brother, Damian Munoz. A Funeral Service will be held at Bohlender Funeral Chapel, on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Chad M.
