Cecil C. Jones

Cecil C. Jones, 81, of Wellington, died October 17, 2014 at his home. Cecil was born May 23, 1933 to Doras Jones and Nancy A Jones Cecil served in the Army 1950 - 1957. He worked for Ideal Cement plant for 38 years as a welder. Cecil has been married to Shannnon J. Jones for 56 years. He lived his entire life in Wellngton. He is the father to four children: Doyle L Jones of Thorton, Diana M Schmidt of Loveland, Mary A Jones and Jimmy D Jones both of Wellngton and a sister, Dorothy Maple. Cecil was the grandfather to 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Cecil enjoyed fishing, hunting, and loved visiting with everyone. He enjoyed making things out of wood for his friends and family. Cecil was a good ole boy with a heart of gold and will be very missed by us all. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, 2:00 p.m. at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery, Wellington, CO.
