Cecil Matthew Feltch 76 died after a long illness on July 28, 2025.

Cecil was born November 10,1948 to Levere G. Feltch and Eloida Feltch, nee Martinez in Fort Collins, CO. He lived here all his life and graduated from Fort Collins High in 1967.

After graduation. Cecil was drafted into the Army where he served in a tank battalion in Vietnam. While there, Cecil was injured when the tank he was riding in ran over a land mine. He spent his recovery in Fitzsimmons Hospital in Denver. For his bravery he was awarded the purple heart.

Cecil was proceeded in death by both his parents, his sister Shirley Ann, brothers Georgie, Marvin and Lester and his niece and God-daughter Esther Rose.

He is survived by his sister Lucille (Lucy) Wagner brother-in-law Steve Wagner nephews Kirk Watkins, Jason Wagner and Daniel Wagner, nieces Mary Wagner Rhiannon Feltch and Raeleen Feltch plus several great nieces and nephews

The family would like to give a special note of gratitude to the wonderful people at Me Oh My coffee and pie shop for their friendship and kindness to Cecil, especially Elin, and also to the people at Vern's café.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday Aug. 6, 2025, at 11am. Resthaven Memorial with full military honors.
