Carmelita Hinds

Carmelita June Hinds, 75, of Fort Collins, died Oct. 28, 2008 in Wilmington, North Carolina. Mrs. Hinds was born April 17, 1933, in Osage County, Kan., to Carl V. Benander and Daisy Cahill Benander. She moved to Fort Collins in 1957. Carmelita married Thomas E. Hinds on July 13, 1957, in Fort Collins. Carmelita was a homemaker, a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. Survivors include her three sons, Keith M. Hinds of Highland Ranch, Carl E. Hinds of Wilmington, N. C., and Kevin Hinds of Thornton; and five grandchildren Preceding Carmelita in death are her parents; and her husband. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
