Listen to Obituary
Minnie Bonita (Bonnie) Heginbottom was born in Indiana on July 27th, 1941, to John and Pauline Garner. She spent many years in Indiana, which contributed to her love of cardinals. Eventually, she made her way to Colorado, and this is where she became involved in numerous things. She loved dressing up as a clown for school functions and Halloween. At one point, she had an extensive clown collection. She also owned an arcade with her husband Bill in Eaton, Colorado. She was a Home Health Caregiver, and developed many friendships while doing this. She absolutely loved butterflies and flowers. She loved to plant and care for her flower gardens, and she was amazing at it. She could also bake like no other. Bonnie passed away on October 12th, 2024 in Fort Collins, Colorado. Her biggest joy had to be her family. She cherished them dearly, and they will miss her deeply.

Bonnie is survived by her daughter Peggy Woodward and husband Kent, her son Eddy Heginbottom and wife Sheryl, and son Derek Heginbottom and wife Tara. She is survived by her grandsons Bryan, EJ, Andy, Mike, Carl, Dusty, Tim, Tom and Levi. She is survived by granddaughters Kassandra, Odessa, Gypsy and Kaleigh.
Also survived by numerous great grandchildren and beloved siblings, nieces, nephews and close family friends. Last but not least, Bonnie is survived by her four legged companion Mocha.

Bonnie was predeceased by her parents, her husband Bill Heginbottom, her son Frank Hudson, and her grandson Johnny Heginbottom.

Weather permitting, a casual remembrance gathering will be held 1pm - 3pm, October 26th, 2024 at North Lake Park, Pavilion #3 in Loveland, Colorado. Light refreshments will be provided.
