Bill Lee James

Bill Lee James, 60, of Wellington, died February 7, 2011. Bill was born March 11, 1950 in Wendell, Idaho to D. J. and Geraldine James. Bill married Shannon Fae Smith on March 10, 1972. Bill grew up in Denver and after his marriage to Shannon they settled in the Wellington area. He worked as a drywall finisher. For the last twelve years he devoted his time and energy to spoiling his grandchildren. Survivors include his son, Jon Nancy of Wellington; daughter, Kelly Jason Bussell of Fort Collins; mother, Geraldine of Denver; seven grandchildren, Shay, Cody, Colton of Wellington, Kelsie, Kalie, Mikaela, and Logan of Fort Collins; niece, Jennifer Mike Egri and great nieces, Shannon, Sam, Amber and Miranda all of Littleton. Preceding Bill in death are his father, D.J. sister, Nancy James and his wife, Shannon. A Memorial Service will be held at Bohlender Funeral Chapel on Friday at 2:00 p.m.
