Beverly Jean Wright

Beverly Jean Groves was born on July 18th 1957 to Ramsey and Nancy Groves in Las Cruces NM. The family moved to Colorado and she graduated from Poudre High School in 1975. She married her high school sweetheart Earl Delehoy on June 29, 1975. They raised four children together in Fort Collins until her husband's untimely death. Bev spent most of her career as a floral manager for King Soopers in the Fort Collins and Greeley area. She married Jerry Wright in 2006 and they lived together in Greeley until his death in 2019. She purchased a home in Eaton to be close to family where she attended many school functions for her grandchildren. Bev enjoyed many things from making flower arrangements to gardening. She loved to spend time with her dog, Darla. She spent lots of time going out with friends and dancing. Family get togethers filled her heart with happiness. She also loved to travel, some of her favorite places were, Florida, Hawaii, and Texas. She was a daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, mother and grandmother to family and a caring friend to many. She passed away unexpectedly on May 25, 2022 at home. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, and husbands. She leaves behind her sister, Kay Beden of Grand Junction CO, her four children, Elizabeth Malinowski of Omaha NE, Crystal White of St Augustine FL, Heather McDaniel of Eaton CO, and Fred Delehoy of Denver, CO, and 12 wonderful grandchildren. She was loved immensely and will be dearly missed.

Celebration of Beverly's Life will be held 3 pm, Saturday, June 11, 2022 at River of Life Fellowship, 3161 E. County Road 62 E, Wellington, CO.
