Beulah Arlene Richardson died at Good Samaritan in Fort Collins on February 25, 2017. She was 94 years young.
She was born in Syracuse, Nebraska on July 27, 1922 to Claude and Jeanette Rogers. At an early age, she moved to Arriba, Colorado. She grew up with six siblings. She graduated from Arriba High School in 1941.
In August of 1942 Beulah married Ralph Rogers in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Three children were born of this union, Janet, Harold and Carl. Janet followed her mom to Heaven on March 2nd of this year.
She worked at Vern's Café for 4 and a half years and then Vern's Liquor for 14 years. During that time she met and married Albert E. Richardson. He passed away in 1996.
She stayed busy working as a greeter at Walmart and even did a television commercial for them.
After retiring she spent her spare time making and selling crafts. She was always coming up with new ideas.
She is survived by her son Carl and Debbie Rogers, Cheyenne, Wyoming and son Hal and Kathy Rogers of Loveland, brother Paul Rogers and sister Donna Brown along with 7 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Rogers, husband Albert Richardson, 4 siblings, Claude, Sylvia, Marilyn and Betty, Granddaughter Violet Rogers Kuzara, and Great Great Grandson, Koltyn Neale.
She was a friend to all that knew her and always willing to help those in need. We will all miss her smile.
Her viewing will be March 14, 2017 from 10am-4pm at Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 West Olive Street, Ft. Collins. Her service will be March 15, 2017 at 2pm at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Interment Grandview Cemetery.
