Barbara J. "Bobbi" McCaulley, 80, of Fort Collins, died March 3, 2010 at Poudre Valley Hospital. Mrs. McCaulley was born September 22, 1929 in Fort Collins to Solomon Deines and Lydia Pitsch Deines. Barbara married L. Rex McCaulley on April 1, 1951 in Fort Collins. Mrs. McCaulley lived in Fort Collins all of her life. She graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1947 and then attended and graduated from Barnes Business School. She worked for US West as an operator/secretary. Barbara was a member of the Telephone Pioneers; she enjoyed trips to Alaska, and her monthly luncheons with the fellow graduates. She also loved her dog, Mack and playing the organ. Survivors include her husband, Rex; daughter, Sally Ann McCaulley of Fort Collins; sister, Jan Thayer Whitehead and husband, Denny of Fort Collins; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding Barbara in death are her mother and father, Solomon and Lydia Deines and her sister, Shirley Simianer.
