Autumn R. Pawlish, age 80, of Windsor, Colorado, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2016 after a battle with Parkinson's disease. Autumn was born on December 1, 1935 to Robert William Anderson and Sarah Ione Ebaugh, was raised in Trinidad, Colorado. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Andrew M. Pawlish, a brother, Dale Anderson, her sister, Joyce Anderson Wilde, and was preceded in death by her brother, Bruce Anderson. She had numerous nieces and nephews.
She graduated from Trinidad High School and attended Trinidad Junior College. She moved to Fort Collins in 1962, worked at Prudential Insurance Company, and met and married her husband. She later accompanied her husband, a manager for Woodward Governor, to Japan for five years, and later to Singapore for ten years. While overseas, she was very active in the American Women's Club, various other women's groups, and in her church. Autumn was a woman of great faith and had a heart for Israel. She loved music and was an accomplished pianist, organist, and vocalist, and directed the Harmonettes singing group. She was a great letter-writer, staying in touch with family and friends throughout her life.
A Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 29th, 5 – 7 p.m. at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Services will be held at Drake Road Christian Church in Fort Collins Colorado on Wednesday, November 30th at 12 o'clock. Luncheon reception to follow. Burial will be held at Fort Lyon National Cemetery, Las Animas, Colorado 12 o'clock, Thursday, December 1st. Luncheon reception to follow.
