Audrey M Weitzel

Audrey Mae Weitzel, age 89, died peacefully in the presence of her loving family on May 26, 2022 at Poudre Valley Hospital, Fort Collins Colorado. Audrey was born February 24, 1933 in Easton, Pennsylvania to Raymond and Eleanora Brower. Her family moved to Los Angeles, California in 1937 and lived there until she meet a Marine Sargent Douglas L Weitzel in the early months of 1953 and they were married in October of the same year. Shortly after being married they moved to Doug's hometown of Fort Collins. They had two children, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She raised her family and assisted her husband in the operation of the family business, Doug Weitzel Inc., for 49 years.
Each day she thanked God for the people God gave to her to love and to be loved by and for.
Memorial Service will be held 11 am, Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Laporte Outreach Ministries.
