Arthur Francis Smith of Laramie, Wyo., formerly of Walden, died Jan. 13, 2008. Survivors include son, Richard; granddaughter, Shannon Waugh and husband, Bruce; grandson, Ty Powell and wife, Dawn; four great-grandsons; and three nephews. Bohlender Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
