Tony Aguirre (Anthony Michael Aguirre) transitioned to his next journey on January 30, 2021. Tony was born in Topeka Kansas to Dian Meyer and Michael Clarence Aguirre, Sr. on September 28, 1965. He lived most of his life in Fort Collins and was a 1984 Rocky Mountain High School graduate. He was known as being an avid billiards player and played in many local and reginal tournaments. He loved classic rock and attending live concerts - he especially loved Red Rocks Amphitheatre. He was a welder by trade and he also spent many summers in Goodland Kansas helping his beloved Grandma Ray with farming and harvesting crops.
He is survived by his mother Dian Meyer; brother Michael Aguirre, Jr.; sisters Andrea Nunez and Marcie Ramirez; children, Brandon Aguirre, Danial Aguirre, and daughter Brittany Martinez; grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. His pups Tank and Diamond Blue (DB) will miss him greatly.
A viewing for those that wish to see him will be held from 1:00-3:00 this Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive. Please adhere to the restrictions of ten people at a time in the viewing area, and please wear a mask.
We celebrate Tony's life at Emporium Sports Bar 925 S. Taft Hill Road starting at 3:30. Please come play a game of pool in his memory, toast a drink and share stories. He loved everyone.
