Ann Marshall Wallin, 83, died peacefully Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at New Mercer Commons Assisted Living in Fort Collins, Colorado. Born on July 18, 1935, Ann grew up in Ellicottville, New York, the daughter of Raymond ("Red") Marshall and Helen Meinecke Marshall.
Ann was a graduate of Alfred University's School of Art and Design where she majored in Ceramic Art.
In 1960 she married Robert C. Wallin before settling in Clarence Center, New York. Ann taught Art for the Clarence Central School District. Upon retirement, Bob and Ann lived in Greensboro, North Carolina for 14 years before moving to Fort Collins in 2004.
A breast cancer survivor, Ann served as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She also had many hobbies including sewing, gardening, and family genealogy.
Ann is survived by her husband Bob, her sister Betsey Reid of Pittsford, NY; daughters Kim Cahill (Gregory) of South Berwick, ME and Julie Wallin (Dana) of Fort Collins, CO; and her three grandchildren, Rennie, Katie, and Jack.
