Anita G. Rodriquez; born Aug. 25, 1934, in Anson, Texas, died May 10, 2008 in Fort Collins, at Poudre Valley Hospital, just 73 years old. Mrs. Rodriquez was a homemaker, a church member, and she loved to sew. She was a Sunday School teacher and a director at the Church of Bethel. When things needed to get done, she made sure they were. There was always food on the stove and she loved her green chile. She is preceded in death by a husband, Pascual Rodriquez; a daughter, Mary Alice Rodriquez; and her parents, Pablo and Clara Gonzales from Plainview, Texas. She had 10 children, Lorene from Wellington, Carol from Johnstown, Lisa from Lakewood, Lupe from Jacksonville, Fla., David, Louie, Joe, Rudy, Adam and Frank, all from Fort Collins. She had 28 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; seven sisters; and four brothers, Fedela, from Edinburgh, Texas, Sylivia, Minnie, Pauline, Mary, all from Broken-Arrow, Okla., Frances from Plainview, Angie from Crowell, Texas, Felix and Paul from Plainview, Texas, Pete from Broken-Arrow, and Lee from Fort Collins; including several nieces and nephews. Anita enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her family will miss her dearly.
