Amelia Feit, 88, of Wellington, died June 25, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Feit was born April 16, 1923 in Wheatland, Wyoming to Henry and Elizabeth Lockman. Amelia was married to Henry Feit, Jr. Mrs. Feit worked in housekeeping for Colorado State University for twenty-five years. Survivors include her son, Donald Feit of Fort Collins; daughters, Arlene Wagner of Pembroke Pines, Florida, Lydia Currey of Fort Collins; brothers, Victor Lockman of Twentynine Palms, California, Melvin Lockman of Raleigh, North Carolina, Dwayne Lockman of Colorado; sisters, Marion Schmidt, Bertha Steeley and Emma Hobbs all of Fort collins; eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Preceding Amelia in death are her parents, Henry and Elizabeth; step mother, Eva Lockman; son, Eugene Feit and brother, Wilbert Lockman. A Graveside Service will be held at Grandview Cemetery, on Friday at 1:00 p.m.
