Alice Trippel

Alice E. Trippel, our dearly beloved mother, passed away May 10, 2006. She was born Feb. 10, 1920, in Fort Collins. She married F. John Trippel on Aug. 2, 1941. They had 50 wonderful years together before he passed away May 10, 1992. Her never-ending, cheerful, loving spirit will be so sadly missed by her children, William A. Trippel and wife, Jenny, of Fort Collins, and Kathy A. Cammack of Colorado Springs. Her truly loving nature will never be forgotten by her grandchildren, Sandy Trippel and Theresa Whyard and husband, Chad, and great-grandson, CJ of Johnstown and Kristin Bess and husband, Andy, and David Cammack of Colorado Springs. She taught us by example the value of living a Christian life and is now at peace with our Father. She dearly loved her grandchildren and found exceeding joy in her "dear little CJ," her great-grandson. She is survived by her sister, Lorene Jones of Redmond, Wash. She is preceded in death by her parents, Molly and Peter Schneider, and her brothers, Ed and Alvin Schneider. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Plymouth Congregational Church, 916 W. Prospect Road. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alice Trippel Memorial Fund in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Fort Collins, CO 80524.
