In Loving Memory of Alecia Domland

June 11, 1952 – February 21, 2026

Alecia Domland was born to Abelino and Juana Rivas in Stanton, Texas. Throughout her life, Alecia was a devoted mother to Albert and Reuben, and she was also a special mother figure to Mark Lee.

In December 1987, Alecia married Tony Domland, with whom she shared many wonderful years. Alecia found joy in cooking, tending to her garden, listening to music, and cherishing moments with her family and close friends. She was known for her love of having a good time with those she held dear and also enjoyed a small interest in gambling.

Her family was the pride of her life. Alecia's husband Tony, her children, and her cherished grandson Vincent were always at the center of her heart. She dedicated herself to ensuring that her loved ones were surrounded by care and, most importantly, by love.

Surviving Family

Alecia is survived by her son, Albert Jr. Alvarez (Candi), and her beloved grandson, Vincent Alvarez. She is also survived by her cherished nephew Mark Lee, her special friend Mark Habel, and her siblings: Abelardo Rivas, Abelino Jr. (Geri) Rivas, Abelardo Rivas, Ernie Rivas, Raymond Rivas, Adam Rivas, Helen (Javier) Martinez, Rosemary (Steve) Pardon, and Diane (Dwight) Miller.

Preceded in Death

Alecia was preceded in death by her loving husband, Tony Domland; her son, Reuben Alvarez; her parents, Juana and Abelino; and siblings Armando Rivas, Guillermo Rivas, Susan Aguilar, Delores Castilleja, Eva Rivas, and Daniel Rivas Luciano.
