Alberta Knipple

In loving memory of Alberta Knipple who passed away on Sept. 9, 2008. She was born on Aug. 21, 1912, living all of her life in the Fort Collins area. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Knipple; daughter, Barbara Jean; and grandson, Tommy John. She is survived by two sons, Larry Knipple of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Ron Knipple of Fort Collins; a daughter, Kathy Knipple-Shearer of Denver; 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and one great great-granddaughter. Other survivors include Rosa Lee Schurtz, Leta Joy Dangler, Ana Mae Grenz and Joe Johnson. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
