Listen to Obituary
Albert Wilson, Jr. was born April 23, 1954 in Brackettville, TX to Albert Wilson, Sr. and Olivia Watson. Albert's family moved to Fort Collins when he was 12. During junior high he fell in love with football and wrestling which took the place of the hard work and lifestyle that he was accustomed to while growing up on a ranch in Texas. At the age of fourteen he met Marcella Ortiz and they married when he was seventeen. They had two beautiful children, Arlene Wilson and Rodney Albert Wilson, Sr.

Albert was a God- fearing man. He had a strong faith for his Lord and loved his family. Albert was an excellent auto mechanic and an avid hunter and fisherman. He was employed at Walker Manufacturing for 22 years. He loved his job and took pride in the fact that he built machines made in America. He loved the camaraderie of the company and greatly appreciated the Walker family.

He is survived by his mother Olivia Wilson, his daughter Arlene, and his son Rodney, Sr. (Caroline); brothers Edward, Frank, Pete (Melanie); sisters Lea Wilson and Christina Silerio (David); nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Albert was preceded in death by his father Albert Wilson, Sr., his brother Eddie Wilson, and two sisters Delores Wilson and Lucy Benjamin.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, 11:00 am at Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St. Pastor Ray Martinez will officiate the service. Interment at Grandview Cemetery will immediately follow.
