Albert Richard Craft died Aug. 4 at Poudre Valley Hospital. He had been ill for several years. Born Jan 23, 1934, to Marie and Torrance Craft. Attended schools in Wellington and Fort Collins. Married Ruth Juanita Masters on Oct. 30, 1955, in Fort Collins. Growing up he worked on the family farm and later he worked for Ghent Motors and over 40 years at Ideal & Holnam Cement Co. He loved to travel and work in his yard. He was a wonderful husband and father to his children. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Juanita of Fort Collins; and his son, Rick David Craft of Denver; his daughter and son-in-law, Lora Lee Craft Sonday and Edward Joseph Sonday of Windsor. He is survived by his brothers, Thomas Delorse Craft and Gilbert Craft of Billings, Mont. He is survived by his sisters-in-law, Betty Elmer Schneider of Fort Collins, Sandra Don Langren of Loveland, Rose Marie Owen Lamb and Linda Erikson of Arvada, Jewel Thornton-Mills of Loveland, Ohio, Claudia Ron Ping of Burlington, Iowa, Jean Frank Dresser of Witmann, Ariz.; brothers-in-law, Melvin Colleen Masters, Lloyd Bridgett Masters of LaPorte, John Barbara Masters of Windsor, Charles E. Masters of Loveland; and lots of nephews and nieces and their families. Preceding him in death are his parents; and mother- and father-in-law, Della and Ovia Masters of Fort Collins; brothers-in-law, Clyde Masters of Fort Collins, Harold Thornton and Clarence Mills of Loveland, Ohio, Michael McMurren of Buena Vista, Calif.; sisters-in-law, Edna Masters Shipp, Jackson of Fort Collins, Karen Craft of Billings, Mont.; nephews, Howard and Bobby Masters of Fort Collins; niece, Cathy Rice of Loveland, Ohio; grand nephews, Tyreen and Payton Brackenbury of Fort Collins. His wish was to be cremated. No services will be held at this time. A private memorial will be at a later date. His family wishes to thank the Poudre Valley Hospital staff for the wonderful care given during his illness. The family also wants to thank Spring Creek Nursing Home staff for his wonderful care during his stay there. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
