Agnes M. Calfee

Agnes Calfee, 91, of Fort Collins, died July 20, 2015 at a local nursing facility.

Mrs. Calfee was born March 6, 1924 in Elmo, Missouri to Anders and Elizabeth Gustafson.

Agnes married Arthur Calfee, Jr. on August 4, 1926 at Elmo, Missouri. Art passed away August 24, 1997 after 51 years of marriage.

Mrs. Calfee was a senior secretary at CSU for many years. She earned a degree in Music Education from NW Missouri State University prior to moving to Colorado in 1968.

Survivors include her three sons, Richard Calfee of Loveland, Stephen Calfee of Chandler, Arizona, Tom Calfee (Kae) of Loveland, Colorado; two daughters, Arta Barnes (Peter) of Loveland and Norma Chaffee (Bob) of Fort Collins; eight grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Preceding Agnes in death are her parents, one brother, and one sister.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Family Graveside Service at 10:00 a.m. on Monday will be held at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery. Those who desire may view Mrs. Calfee from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
