Thomas Eugene Weimer

February 23, 1944 - February 26, 2022

Thomas Eugene Weimer, 78- exited this world for Glory on February 26, 2022 leaving behind his only son Heath, daughter in law Susan, grandson Wynston and great-granddaughter Serenity. Tom attended Fort Morgan High School and then went on to and graduated from Colorado State University. He was well known in both Fort Morgan and in Northern Colorado for the promotion of Dawn Weimer Studios. He supported Dawn in all aspects of her artwork and was her biggest fan! In his earlier days both he and Dawn were part of the rodeo circuit-he bull doggin and her barrel racing. He also trained horses and was a farrier for many years before starting Carpet Master. He professionally cleaned carpet for 16 years and then transitioned to Dawn Weimer Studios to help support his wife. His love never waivered for his Lord and his family. He spent much of his time at LeMars donut shop talking to those he didn’t know and those he did about sculpture and his favorite subject-JESUS! He also had long talks with his great grand daughter Serenity about the Lord, animals, roping and watching kitties in boxes. They shared a special bond that time cannot erase. He spent as much time as allowed with Wynston playing games and having fun. Tom will be missed by all who knew him! Visitation will be conducted March 10, 2022 from 5-7 pm at Bohlender Funeral Chapel in Fort Collins, CO. Interment will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery.
