Marjorie J. Lukey

Marjorie "Joann" Lukey, nee Burg, 86, of the Worthington, passed away on April 6, 2010. Mrs. Lukey was born in Decatur, Illinois and graduated from Milliken University. Joann worked for United Way becoming the coordinator for the WIC program for Macon County. Upon retirement, the Lukey's moved to Ocala, Florida, Prescott, Arizona and then to Fort Collins. Joann is survived by her husband of 66 years, Lt. Col. William A. Lukey, USAF RET of Fort Collins; daughter, Susan L. Mansfield and husband, Robert of Fort Collins; grandsons, Paul L. Richards, EdD and wife, Martina of London, England; granddaughter, Elizabeth S. Dickson, BSN, and husband, Patrick of Fort Collins; 3 great grandchildren, Camille and Zachariah Richards of London and Taggert P. Dickson of Fort Collins; and nephew, Doug Mannering and wife, Lynette of Loveland. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Pathways Hospice in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Fort Collins, Colorado 80524. The family will hold a private celebration of life.
